Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Nutvera is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly provide your order number along with photos of the package and products for assistance.
